Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) is the workhorse of Arizona flat roofing. It is applied as a seamless, fully adhered layer that seals every penetration, adds insulation value, and eliminates the seams where most flat roofs fail. We evaluate the existing deck, correct ponding areas, and finish with a reflective topcoat rated for desert heat.
